Products purchased from Samwha DSP can be returned within 7 days of the delivery date, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging, invoice, and all accessories. To initiate a return, you must contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp within the return window, clearly mentioning the reason for the return and attaching proof (images or video) if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed using the original method of payment within 7–14 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective product delivered).
